  • Login issues: confirm you are using the correct email (or parent email for child accounts) and the latest OTP/access code.
  • AI Provider / BYOK: the app works with user‑provided AI keys; if you use a third‑party key, requests may be sent directly to that provider.
  • BottomUp key: if you use a BottomUp key in the app, AI requests may be routed through our proxy for authentication and usage reporting.
  • Billing / recharge: include transaction ID, date/time, amount, and the account email in your message.
  • Privacy requests: for data access/deletion requests, email care@bottomup.in.
